Where is your location?

Inside the Broadway office location of Women's Health  Care Associates Suite 440B. I have a room nicely decorated and made for relaxation. 

Do you accept health insurance?

Sorry, I do not. It is one of the ways I can keep my prices low for everyone.

Although you are in an OB/GYN office, do you offer male services?

I welcome all male clients to my practice.  They also need to take care of themselves and refill their cup too.

What form of payment do you take? Who do I pay for my services?

I take Cash, Check, Credit Card, most HSA, and Zelle. I will take Venmo, but is not my preferred option. I will handle all payments at the end of the services unless previously prepaid on the website. 

Is there any client intake form I need to fill out before my service?

Only if you are a new client to my office. Please come in 10 to 15 minutes before your service to fill it out. On weekdays, you can get the form from the front desk. When the office is closed, it will be waiting for you (most of the time) by a chair at Suite 440B.

Do you offer gift cards or gift certificates?

Yes, I do. You can contact me in the office for a physical gift certificate that I can give you. If you do not have time to come in, just contact me on my business phone or email. I will need to know the person's name, service, and/or money amount you would like to gift. After receiving that information, I will invoice you for payment. Following payment, I will email you the gift certificate. You may then print it and give it as a gift. Gift certificates do not expire they are good at any time. If the gift certificate gets lost, please contact me and we can have a business conversation. 

What hours are you open?

I am open Tuesday through Saturday. Tuesday 9am to 7 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9 am to 5 pm, Friday 9 am to 2 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm. If you are a regular client of my office and those hours do not work with your schedule that week, please contact me.

What products do you use for your services?

For massage services, I use lotions and oils from Natural Formulation, Kneipp, and Coconut Oil. For my prenatal clients, I use Spoiled Mama Products. I explain at service time what each product is used and meant for. Spoiled Mama products can also be purchased retail. For all facial products, I use Sanitas Skin Care. Those products can also be purchased retail.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Things happen, life happens, and sometimes you go into labor that morning.  As long as it does not become a habit, I'm okay. Please also understand, I'm a small business and a one-person operation.
